All existing patients are required to register on our Halaxy patient portal to manage appointments and communicate with our practice.

 

Through the portal you can:

• Book, reschedule or cancel appointments

• Receive and share documents and reports

• Request repeat prescriptions•Request travel letters, questionnaires, and medication forms

• Make payments securely

• Have Medicare rebates submitted automatically to your nominated bank account

 

For the fastest service, we recommend submitting all requests through the Halaxy portal rather than by phone or email — it's quicker, more secure, and ensures nothing gets missed.

Document submission guidelines:

• All documents must be uploaded as properly formatted PDFs

• Phone photographs of documents are not accepted

• All forms must be completed on a computer and saved as a PDF before uploading

• When uploading to Halaxy, always use the "Share" function so our team receives a notification — uploads without sharing may not be actioned

 

Telehealth and Video

we use CoViu platform for Telehealth and Video consult. Your consultation link will be sent to you prior to your scheduled appointment.
